The seat of the Catholic Church of Vojvodina, built in 1808, sets the tone for one of the most beautiful streets of Novi Sad, where the former seat of the Central Credit Bank, very elaborate in the 19th century style, is well represented. Also to be seen here is the Vatican Palace which, together with the church, makes up the Catholic Gate and the square. Very pleasant and less crowded than the Orthodox part, it allows a small break in the visit of the city.
