GARE FERROVIAIRE

The huge communist concrete cube of the Novi Sad train station and its gigantic marble hall cannot hide the general state of disrepair of the country's railway infrastructure. Once the pride of the city, it has fallen into disuse in recent years. The total renovation and the launch of a high-speed line to Belgrade in the summer of 2022 may be able to turn things around. The traditional lines that depart from it serve the cities of Belgrade, Subotica, Budapest and Bar in Montenegro several times a day.
