CLINIQUE DE BEŽANIJSKA KOSA

The Bežanijska kosa Hospital and Clinical Center is a public hospital located in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, in the urban municipality of Zemun. Founded in 1956, it is part of the Health Promoting Hospitals network. The hospital has 340 beds and employs around 1,000 people, including 200 specialist doctors in over 50 departments. Every year, the hospital receives over 100,000 day patients and admits around 10,000 sick. The Department of Internal Medicine is subdivided into several departments, such as Pneumology, Allergy and Immunology, Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Cardiology and Endocrinology. The hospital also houses a surgery department and an oncology department.
