The oldest Chinese restaurant in the city, long only, opened in 1980. A large room in Chinese ambience, of course, and a kitchen as it is found in France. Here, it is resolutely higher in quality and prices are felt. Moreover, it is always Mao Gui Jiang, Mao's former cook, who is involved.
