A fishing village that does not lack charm. The beauty of the bay of Zoagli inspired the playwright Sem Benelli (1877-1949) who wanted to settle here but was never able to do so, ruined by the excessive cost of the castle he had built. The town was badly damaged during the Second World War, but it still preserves some religious architecture and above all two seaside promenades with breathtaking views. Zoagli once built its reputation on the manufacture of velvet and damask. Still today, several families of weavers continue the artisanal tradition in their workshops.
