AFRO DÉCO

Jean Gnilane is a visual artist and designer of furniture and art objects. A former student of the École des Beaux-Arts in Dakar, he juggling with warm colours. He then proposes a tasty blend of paintings and materials specific to the village environment, blending a very contemporary pictorial approach to his childhood memories. This mixture of materials is found on the canvas and through furniture and decorative objects (lamps, candleholder, etc.). A pleasure of the eyes!
