This restaurant located on the 3rd floor of the Corner Building Market is one of the most popular restaurants in Pike Place Market. Chef Dan Bugge's inventive cuisine is quite seductive: steamed Manila clams, fish cooked in saffron broth. The menu changes regularly according to the products on the market. All ingredients are organic and the wine comes directly from the producers. Intimate atmosphere and impeccable service.... To be highly recommended!
