El Gaucho will delight your taste buds with delicious dishes: famous for its first-choice meat, the sweet, cute filet of a mushroom in Paris, the traditional steak tartar, you can keep your eyes closed to accompany your dishes. Rockefeller oysters, crab and lobster are also on the menu. Here, the servers are artists who prepare and burn certain recipes before you: homemade flambées and caramel, a delight. The service is exceptional and the music pleasant.

Ma femme et moi, on mange souvent dans ce resto à Seattle. Toujours satisfaits de leur cuisine. Qualité au top. On aime aussi l'ambiance. Agréable.
