Jerry Traunfeld, the former chef of the Herb Farm, has just opened this fusion table inspired by Sichuan Chinese cuisine, from which spicy pepper and lemon eponymous pepper come. Nothing totally authentic but rather a sophisticated culinary research, we want to taste everything. Like the unforgettable 5 spice duck, with a reduction in spicy vinegar and Sichuan salt. Trendy frame and nice staff. The prices are already with 20% charge for the service, happy hour with 8 small dishes to choose from.
