Being so close to Japan compared to us Europeans, in the heart of Chinatown, we have to taste at least one good Japanese restaurant. Opened in 1904, Maneki is one of the oldest in Seattle, offering sushi, tempuras, sashimi, gyozas, braised eel... A family kitchen. Fragile knees: go your way. Or order to take away, because the tables are Japanese, i. e. flush with the ground. Authenticity is a must, the combos menus are recommended to taste a little bit of everything.
