Very well located, this hotel has everything of a luxury establishment with large ultra comfortable rooms, an impeccable service, and a large lobby overlooking the Riverwalk. It is very touristy, hence its location, so far from being an intimate and quiet hotel. The whole thing lacks a bit of warmth and personality. All the extra services are also not free. But its location and comfort level make this hotel a good address for those looking to stay downtown, with efficient access to major tourist sites.
