About 4 km from Porto Alegre. When leaving Porto Alegre, take the track that leads to Praia Jalé and Piscina at the sign "Ecolodge Jalé". There are beautiful white sandy beaches, lined with coconut trees, where you should absolutely stop! From there, the views of the ocean and the island of Rolas are magnificent. However, we advise against swimming, as the sea is often rough. At the edge of the beaches, there are a few decent ecolodges, perfect for relaxing to the gentle sound of the waves. Several activities are possible, such as the observation of leatherback turtles, whales and dolphins, as well as pirogue rides in the heart of the mangrove.
