Fresh, fragrant, sublime, light, refined... These adjectives easily qualify the entire menu, whether it is the tuna tartar on a bed of avocado, the 5-cheese croquettes, the delicate beef carpaccio, the filet of sea bream with champagne sauce or the crème brûlée, vanilla and caramelized to perfection. Very good wines to go with it all. A huge favorite!
