Hindu-style brick temples inside natural caves, including Phnom Trotung, Preah Kuhear and Phnom Ngok

East of Kampot, Hindu style temples, made of brick, were built in the 6th and 7th centuries inside natural caves: Phnom Trotung, Preah Kuhear, Phnom Ngok (the most beautiful)... It is very difficult, if not impossible, to find them alone. To visit them, ask for a permit at the Kampot tourist office which will provide you with a guide. Not only will it help you find the place, but it will also provide you with detailed information about the history of these natural and architectural sights.
