Le Relais de Chhlong was born from a crazy bet: to renovate a beautiful old house in the village to establish one of the most remarkable hotels in Cambodia. Built in 1916 by a wealthy merchant, this house has all the codes of colonial architecture: balustrades, bas-reliefs and sculpted pediments, and a magnificent central staircase. The suites are spacious and bright and decorated with beautiful antique furniture; the most beautiful ones have a magnificent view of the river, while the others are in the middle of a lush garden.
