At 1,767 meters above sea level, this 906-hectare park is an enclave in Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument and can be covered in less than half a day. Donated in 1948 by a National Geographic expedition, its name comes from the multitude of colors of its rocky landscapes, reminiscent of the famous Kodak photo films. Moreover, the park is crossed by a paved road from which we can observe 67 sandstone formations in the form of chimneys.
