It is a fishing village of the Quileutes Indian tribe located at the mouth of the Quillayute River. The wild beaches of the Pacific Ocean are magnificent, including First Beach, which is known for its surf waves and whales, passing between February and April. The Twilight saga has led in recent years to an increase in tourism to The Push and the Quileutes see this phenomenon in a good eye. They invite visitors to discover their culture at the Community Center every Wednesday evening, from to, where an evening in music, with tribal dances and songs, Quileute Healing Circle/Drum Group.
