It's one of the island's largest parishes, stretching from Perelle Bay on the north coast to the airport in the interior. In fact, Guernsey's network of footpaths (the famous "ruettes tranquiles", accessible on foot and by bike) is such that even a resident of Saint-Saviour can get lost. In fact, the main reason for visiting Saint-Saviour from the capital is to stroll these little streets, where you'll be better off staying (unless you're looking for the ultimate in peace and quiet). Please note, however, that the rocky beach at Perelle Bay is not ideal for swimming.
