Saint-Pierre du Bois is a parish that has remained very rural, located on the west coast and part of which also joins the south coast, between Forest and Torteval. The whole area is very beautiful and suitable for walks, especially near the coast - rocky at low tide - and the superb beach of Rocquaine Bay, which extends over nearly 2 km. Note, on the promontory, opposite Lihou and its paved submersible dyke, a tower dating from the German occupation as well as Fort Grey.
