Located in the south of the island, the parish of Forest is home to Guernsey's airport. The parish's name suggests that this part of the island was once particularly wooded. The parish's main attraction is the GermanOccupation Museum, which recounts the daily life of the islanders during this very difficult period. Geographically, it's worth noting that the parish's coastline is very indented, and it's not easy to swim in the small coves. On the other hand, the wild landscape of this part of Guernsey makes for excellent walking.
