A cosy restaurant nestled at the top of a staircase in a friendly area of Saint Peter Port not far from Victor Hugo. Bouches of forgotten flavours, lobster or lamb, ratatouille, hot oysters and perfumed, fatty liver with black chocolate. In dessert, rhubarb sherbet. An excellent address.
