The Hungry Man is a small local celebrity, even an institution, which has been operating since 1957 in a beautiful quiet bay (safe for swimming) with a breathtaking view of Les Ecréhous first and France a little further. Otherwise, behind a very colorful and simple shop window (it's almost a stand) at the northern end of Rozel harbor, you can taste delicious crab sandwiches, well-balanced hamburgers and delicious home-made cakes. Good, hearty and cheap: what more could you ask for?

Local, mais un peu cher
Bon mais un peu cher pour un sandwich au crabe (7£45) avec une vue sur le port qui est sympa à marée haute, mais un peu moins à marée basse par temps de pluie , et sur des tables de pique-nique

Ce snack est une véritable institution à Jersey! Les sandwiches au crabe frais sont absolument délicieux et le cadre (sur la jetée, fac à la mer) est idyllique, du moins quant il fait beau.
