This former residence was a traditional 17th century Jersey farmhouse. A 4-star hotel, located in the quiet countryside, but 10 minutes walk from the bay of Saint-Aubin, its beach, the small port and its restaurants. In the 42 rooms and common areas, you can enjoy all the modern comforts (sauna, etc.). Chic but not stuffy. Award winning romantic restaurant: no children after 6pm. Very cosy bar and lounges. Outdoor swimming pool. At the time of Cream tea, the scones, accompanied by a light whipped cream, are delicious.
