EDINBURGH’S HOGMANAY

As one evening is not enough, Edinburgh organises three days of non-stop celebrations each year for the first of the year. The idea is to have fun with anyone who wants to dress up, with concerts, fireworks, ceilidh and gatherings. The event is still in the Discovery Channel's "Top 25 Things to Experience Around the World" and "Top 100 Things to Live Before You Die". Several evenings are proposed, some of them paying and by reservation, others not. It is also possible to book accommodation and evening events.
