Gure Toki's pintxos are a must at the Plaza Nueva, and are presented with great finesse and attention to detail. Winner of numerous awards in various pintxo competitions, the establishment was given a facelift in 2015 and has a much more contemporary decor, while retaining its traditional character. Rather than cold pintxos on display at the counter, feel free to try the "hot" (i.e. prepared on the spot) pintxos. Idiazabal cheese soup with quail egg, talo (wafer) topped with txistorra: everything is delicious!
