"Zortziko", a very nice Basque word which designates a traditional poetic form, illustrated in particular by the bertsolari (oratorical jousting). Daniel Garcia runs this gastronomic restaurant located two minutes from the Albia Gardens. A tasty experience that blends exotic flavours with traditional Basque products, rewarded with a Michelin star. Because here, the culinary experience is a journey to new or forgotten flavours. The restaurant room, decorated in a classic style, offers a very pleasant setting.

Les produits sont bons, bien travaillés. Le résultat reste un peu décevant au niveau du goût. Le dessert était particulièrement décevant, fade et minimaliste malgré une présentation élégante. Le champagne et le vin blanc étaient excellents

De passage à Bilbao, on s'y est arrêté. Zortziko nous a très bien accueilli. Quelle formidable adresse!
Peut être la cave !…une très belle carte des vins pour les amateurs mais classée par mono cépage ou double cépage donc dur de s’y retrouver (un pauillac ou milieu d’un rioja…)
