In this trendy restaurant, the young chef Iván Abril fuses Basque products and oriental techniques to create innovative dishes with Asian accents, accompanied by a fine selection of local wines. Depending on the season and market produce, you can enjoy, for example, a grilled octopus with Korean-style sweet potato purée, or a dish of cod with peas and green sauce with mussels. Kimtxu also hosts themed dinners, masterclasses and tastings. An original place, usually crowded on weekends.
