A peaceful refuge in the heart of the lively "Pozas" street, Zarate offers a traditional cuisine of the highest level, rewarded with a Michelin star. Sergio Ortiz, the chef of the restaurant, likes to work with good products, especially fish and seafood, without hardly altering their flavour. It is also one of the best places in the city to enjoy seafood cuisine. Chipirons in their ink, hake kokotxas in pil-pil sauce, and a superb selection of fresh fish from the ports of Lekeitio and Ondarroa.

Lors d'une visite à Bilbao, on a fait une pause chez Zarate. Cadre super apaisant. J'y ai passé un excellent moment avec mes enfants.
