The walk starts from Castaños street, near the Campo Volantin, between the city hall and the Salvé bridge, to the top of Artxanda mountain, 250 meters above sea level, a leisure area with large green spaces, walks, bars and restaurants. It offers the best view of Bilbao. Inaugurated in 1915, the funicular travels 770 meters in 3 minutes, with departures every 15 minutes. In addition to its utilitarian function, the funicular is a tourist attraction in Bilbao.

Le temps de trajet est très court et finalement pas impressionnant du tout. En revanche la vue de la haut est très sympa.
