The village of Llanbedrog, named after Saint Pedrog, lies on the side of the Mynydd Tir-y-Cwmwd mountain. A path takes you to its summit (133 m), where you can enjoy a fine view. Don't miss the Gothic house Plas Glyn-y-Weddw, built in 1856 for the wife of Sir Thomas Love Jones-Parry (one of the founders of the Welsh colony in Patagonia), now a renowned art center. Llanbedrog is also home to The Tin Man, a modern sculpture of a man facing Snowdonia. We discover Llanbedrog Beach, a long sandy beach owned by the National Trust, a guarantee of cleanliness.
