PEMBROKESHIRE FISH WEEK

As its name suggests, the festival that pays tribute to fish once on your plate takes place all over the peninsula. For the occasion, numerous festivities take place in Tenby and throughout the county, with markets and tastings, sea outings, fishing competitions, activities for children... For ten days or so, it's an opportunity to discover the subtleties of Welsh gastronomy, the inventiveness of certain chefs, products... There are also masterclasses on fishing techniques and the dangers of plastic in the sea!
