Built in the 6th century by Saint Teilo, then rebuilt in the 12th and 13th centuries, Llandaff Cathedral suffered great damage during the Second World War. It was restored and enriched at the end of the 1950s with a concrete arch separating the nave, topped by a large aluminium statue of Christ in majesty. A mixture of the styles of the story that is not without a certain charm. The gargoyles with human faces are very different from those of Notre-Dame. At the end of the cathedral is the magnificent chapel of the Virgin Mary, Lady Chapel.
