The motto here sets the tone: we love cooking, eating and... gin! Opened in 2001, over the years it has become one of Cardiff's finest restaurants, with the particularity that it is located in... an old underground vault! Delectable cuisine, free and courageous. Enjoy basil gnocchi with red bell pepper purée, chicken supreme with gratin à la dauphinoise, half potato, half celery, and finish off with cardamom panna cotta. Wide range of gins, around thirty.
