This shop offers unusual desserts made with crushed ice. Indeed, the technique used to make this ice cream is called tennen gori . It consists in redirecting water from the mountains to large basins and letting it freeze naturally. A special machine transforms the block of ice into crushed ice, which is then covered with sauce, cream and fruit. The flavours are varied: strawberry, pumpkin, sweet potato, yuzu, tiramisu, matcha.
