The establishment offers refined dining for breakfast and dinner, with breathtaking views of the desert salt marshes and the Panamint Mountains. Weather permitting, service is available on the Inn's terrace. Local flavors such as cactus, citrus, date and even pomegranate from the inn's garden are highlighted in the menu dishes.
