Founded in the 1970s by Donald W. Douglas Jr, the president of the Douglas Aircraft Company - a company started by his father - this fun, interactive museum is dedicated to the history of aviation in California. With nearly two dozen models, from a replica of the iconic Wright Flyer to the jet age to FedEx Boeing 727s, the Museum of Flying chronicles the timeline of this unique world.
