The concept of this friendly restaurant: pasta, a few side dishes, and all prepared right in front of the customers - to admire the chefs, have a seat at the big counter. Here, classic Italian dishes are served, prepared to perfection. The tortellini in brodo, for example, is a resounding success: neither too salty nor too lightly salted, the meat broth is of rare finesse, highlighting the impeccable al dente cooking of the pasta. Also worth mentioning are the famous tagliatelle cacio e pepe, brilliantly executed.
