Frederik is a passionate sommelier - you'll notice the magnificent cellar in the center of the room - and will advise you on food and wine pairing. Chef Bart takes you on a journey into his offbeat, high-level culinary universe. Each dish has its own story and is prepared with seasonal produce. The highlight of the show: dessert.
