For many, the pizzas in this osteria, prepared the old-fashioned way without yeast, are the best in town. Here, it's a family affair: daddy with the pizza and Graziano, the son, back from France, in the dining room. The restaurant's policy is to satisfy its customers by offering quality food at reasonable prices. A success, the products are good, the antipasti and pasta dishes are copious and the note is not very salty. The terrace is always full, but we advise you to go and see if the table at the back of the restaurant is free.

Localino con menù tipico nel centro di Matera. Cibo delizioso, consiglio vivamente!

Il faut le dire : se sont d'incroyables pizzas ???? ! Nous avons pris la 1 et la 6, en partageant... Quel régal ! En entrée nous avions pris les raviolis a la morue, beaucoup de saveurs également.

Ristorante che dall' esterno non sembra sia stato ristrutturato da poco, curato nei minimi particolari. Il menù è ottimo e il proprietario di una gentilezza squisita.

Finalmente seduti abbiamo atteso più di un'ora e mezza per le nostre pizze. Eravamo già infastiditi ma la delusione è cresciuta quando finalmente ci sono state servite delle pizze con impasto di cattivo gusto (sembravano essere mal lievitate).
Nessun cameriere si è avvicinato a domandare se procedesse tutto bene.
Il tempo di attesa e la qualità del cibo hanno reso questa cena sgradevole.
