Here, the authentic local cuisine takes on the appearance of haute gastronomy, rewarded with a Michelin star. Under the guidance of the chef Maria Cicorella, traditional recipes are revisited with an insatiable search for harmony of flavours, respecting the raw materials, between tradition and modernity.
