Passing the old sign with the inscription "Caffè Batafore", you first enter the tea room and then arrive at the restaurant room, vaulted and decorated with period objects, with an old-fashioned atmosphere. Delicious traditional cuisine featuring kilometre-zero products and seasonal vegetables. Typical dishes such as fave e cicoria (bean purée with chicory), pasta, local cheeses and fish. At weekends, the restaurant hosts theme evenings related to the traditional cuisine of Puglia.

Un vero peccato. Ho voluto portare degli amici in questo ristorante perché ne conservavo un bel ricordo ed invece ho fatto una pessima figura. Cibo, in alcune pietanze, veramente imbarazzante, vino imbevibile (lasciata mezza bottiglia) e prezzo carissimo considerando le minuscole porzioni. Ripeto, peccato

Cena per due tutto di ottima qualità piatti semplici della tradizione pugliesi con un tocco personale che da una marcia in più ai piatti .
Consiglio se si è in due iniziare con un antipasto per uno da dividere in due per poi così gustare altre pietanze.
Ottimo vino rosso primitivo della casa in bottiglia prezzo giusto.
