Place of the popular market of Los Toldos located in Medellín, with buildings of interesting architecture and a cathedral

This is where the popular Los Toldos de San Alejo market takes place on the first Saturday of the month. There are several architecturally interesting buildings around the square, such as the Teatro Lido and the cathedral. This church was built between 1890 and 1931. It was designed by the French architect Charles Emile Carré in a neo-roman style. 1.2 million bricks were needed for its construction, which would make it, according to some, the largest brick structure in the world.

En centre ville, sert de point de repère qd on arpente la ville à pied, la cathedrale est sur la plce, le restaurant Versalles pas loin, et la rue commerçante la plus animée part de là
