BOMBA HOUSE

The first Bomba house was built in 1855 in the province of Viipuri. According to the custom of the time, the house consists of three buildings with 25 rooms. From 1910, it is a family of 24 people who occupy it. Demolished in 1934, the house will be reconstituted here. Its imposing log building evokes the way of life of a peasant family and Karelian customs. You can also visit the small Orthodox chapel hidden between the village and the lake, deep in the thick forest. Note the strange votive cross evoking the world of shamans..
