Reposaari, with its old wooden houses, nearby fish specialties, windmills and 800 or so inhabitants, is well worth a visit. This fishing village, located on a small island at the north-western tip of the Pori peninsula (20 minutes by bus), has only been connected to the coast since 1956. Here, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of Finnish life by the sea, which is also a perfect place to discover migratory birds. The Kokemäenjoki River promises unforgettable boat trips, its delta being at least 8 km wide before flowing into the waters of the Gulf of Bothnia.
