This 33 m-high tower (Kulla Panoramike) offers an impressive 360-degree view of Korça and the surrounding mountains from its summit. Created in 2014 by the same German architect as the National Museum of Medieval Art, this panoramic platform is part of a vast EU-funded development plan for the city. But it's poorly maintained, and the price is the same whether you go up on foot or by elevator (which often breaks down). As for the Tourist Information Center next door, it's just a souvenir store.
