It's Albania's biggest sporting event, and every year around 5,000 participants from all over the world sign up.

Since 2017, the Tirana Marathon has been Albania's biggest sporting event, with around 5,000 runners from all over the world taking part. The event takes place over two days. First, on Saturday, Albanian schoolchildren run through the streets of the capital. But it's on Sunday that most of the races take place, with several events: the half-marathon, the Tirana 10K (10 kilometers), and finally a shorter event, free and open to all, called "We Too" (2.3 kilometers).
