Mix grillade 2 pauvrettes de côtelettes surcuit 1 saucisse carbonisée.
Le tout servi avec 2 patate cuite à l'eau. Même ma fille de 11ans cuisine mieux je n'est personnellement jamais vu ça et le tout biensur pour presque 70e.

Excellente petite sauce vinaigrette à base de jaune d'œufs. Et surtout accompagnée d'un très bon verre de blanc du domaine se La courtage. 15 € le plat. A porquerolles, c'est une aubaine.
