Original and unmissable at Carcans-Plage! Chez Heidi is a bar-restaurant located at the foot of the dunes facing the entrance to the south beach of Carcans-Maubuisson. And it is not a small beach restaurant, it is a restaurant worthy of the name, run by a family of German origin, fallen under the spell of the region, who have packed their bags on the Médoc Océan side to offer a menu of good specialities from their home country such as braised ham and baked potatoes, grilled shank with sauerkraut, garnished sauerkraut, fresh salads, but also roast chicken and good beers from Munich.The cuisine is simple, the plates are copious and well served, the welcome is warm and the atmosphere very friendly, just like Heidi, the mistress of the house. En sandwichs ou en assiette, accompagné de jus de frites et de beurre persillé, la sieste sur la plage est nécessaire et indispensable !
