A culinary journey to Asia in the mountains, amazing, isn't it? A bit of originality, what the hell! Since 2001, the restaurant Chez Madame Phok has been offering delicious Saigon and Cantonese dishes. Grilled beef with lemongrass, bobun, nems, Cantonese rice, shrimps salt and pepper with black beans... Excellent restaurant asiatique, un véritable bijou caché dans les montagnes. La serveuse est adorable, la cuisine est excellente, je recommande..
Pour ceux qui se plaignent du prix : Descendez et remonter la montagne 4 fois dans la semaine pour les matières premières, puis on en reparlera.
