This small island of 7 hectares, without cars, is home to the smallest port in the Mediterranean, two small beaches and creeks, well maintained. Deserted when Paul Ricard acquired it in 1950, Bendor was then covered with sparse vegetation. Builder, patron of the arts and artist, he created a real hamlet dedicated to his family, his friends, then to artists - Dali, Fernandel, Josephine Baker... He developed a quality tourism by giving the island the attractive and flowery aspect that it now has.To get there: departures from the port of Bandol.
